Hosted by Newbury Photography club for the the Newbury plate between around 8 clubs.
- Six prints per club, maximum of two prints per author
- Prints must not have been entered in the Challenge Plate before
- Prints to be delivered on the evening and placed on the stands in random order
- Prints to be mounted in standard 50×40 mount, with a backing board
- Prints to be labelled on the back at the top right hand corner. Newbury will send a label template to use.
- PDI’s of entries to be submitted in advance to Newbury Photography Club. Date to be advised annually by Newbury.
- Filename format for PDI’s to be club name_title_author.jpg
- PDI’s to be max size 1600×1200 pixels, <2Mb
